Unparteiisch – The Referee Game

UNDER PRESSURE. UNDER SCRUTINY. UNPARTEIISCH.

Every call counts. Every call is judged.

Night match in the big stadium – packed stands, floodlights, running track.

What it’s about

Football from an angle no one has played before: you are the referee. Whistle, advantage, cards, VAR – every decision is yours, and the players, the fans and in the end even the newspaper will have an opinion about it.

Unparteiisch is in development. Every image on this page is a real capture from the current build – graphics, animations and match flow are being refined continuously.

Yellow card: the player protests while your live rating keeps running.
Red card – and every eye turns to you.
Players crowd the referee: now clear decisions count.

01 Gameplay

YOU ARE
THE REFEREE.

You blow the whistle, play advantage and show cards – face to face with the player. He protests (“I got the ball!”), his teammates close in, and your live rating ticks along in the corner. Stamina and pressure meters show how you are holding up.

  • Live rating 1–6
  • Stamina & pressure
  • Cards face to face
Walk to the monitor: review contentious scenes at the pitchside screen.
Injury break: medics carry a player off the pitch.
A clear signal: the referee shows how play restarts.

02 Decisions

WALK TO
THE MONITOR.

Not every scene is clear-cut. At the pitchside VAR monitor you review contentious moments, pick the right restart and stay in control – even when an injured player is carried off.

  • VAR monitor
  • Restarts
  • Injury breaks
“Die Kurve lebt” – the home end celebrates its club.
A sea of flags in the stands.
The giant flag up close.

03 Atmosphere

THE STANDS
ARE ALIVE.

Tifos across entire stands, a sea of flags, the walk-out from the tunnel: Unparteiisch brings the feeling of a real matchday into the stadium – and lets you feel the pressure behind every call.

  • Tifos & flags
  • Tunnel walk-out
  • Packed stadiums
A village cinder pitch – grassroots football from above.
Sliding tackle straight through a puddle.
Floodlights in the fog – an evening match in the village.

04 Venues & weather

FROM CINDER PITCH
TO ARENA.

Football is not only played in big stadiums. On the village cinder pitch, puddles linger after the rain, slide tackles splash, and in the evening the floodlights fight the fog. Weather and surface change the game.

  • Grass & cinder
  • Rain, puddles, fog
  • Floodlights
The day after: the newspaper rates the referee, too.
Kick-off – from now on, the match is in your hands.

05 After the match

MONDAY'S PAPER
HAS A VERDICT.

After the final whistle comes the review: the newspaper covers the match – including a grade for the referee. In career mode you then go through your decisions, positioning and match management.

  • Paper with referee grade
  • Career mode
  • Debrief

All features at a glance

  • Whistle, advantage, yellow and red – you deliver sanctions face to face
  • A live rating for your performance from 1 (best) to 6 (worst), plus stamina and pressure

  • Injury breaks with medics
